Door mats, Entry Mats and some runners incur a flat rate of $24.99
*Please note that some remote locations may require an additional delivery fee or may not be covered by our delivery partners. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you to discuss the best available options. You can choose to proceed with the additional delivery cost or receive a full refund.
For remote areas or locations outside standard courier networks, an additional delivery surcharge may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you before processing your delivery.
Standard Delivery
All rugs are delivered ground floor to your front door, or at the nominated delivery location if you advise Authority to Leave in order notes.
If you choose Authority to Leave, your rug will be left at the nominated delivery location. By selecting this option, you accept responsibility for the item once delivery has been completed.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
If you believe you will require assistance with moving or placing your rug, please contact us to enquire about our White Glove Delivery options.
Ordering & Delivery Process
Most of rugs are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers. Once your order has been placed, we will confirm stock availability and keep you updated if there are any expected delays.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for in-stock rugs to be dispatched and delivered. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
