For orders under $999, a standard delivery fee applies based on the rug’s size, weight, and delivery location.
Standard Delivery
All rugs are delivered ground floor to your front door.
If you require assistance with moving or placing your rug, please contact us to enquire about our White Glove Delivery options.
Please note that some oversized rugs may not be deliverable to certain postcodes. For remote areas or locations outside standard courier networks, an additional delivery surcharge may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you before processing your delivery.
Ordering & Delivery Process
Most of rugs are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers. Once your order has been placed, we will confirm stock availability and keep you updated if there are any expected delays.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for in-stock rugs to be dispatched and delivered. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
